Originally from Michigan, John’s sales career began in the hospitality industry as both a Bell Captain for a prestigious Hotel Chain and Bartending in a string of upscale restaurants in and around the Detroit , Michigan area. Having expanded his sales skills into door-to-door sales and having tired of the winter months, he decided a move south was in his future. In 1988, he moved to Charlotte County, Florida and launched a successful real estate career, specializing in connecting buyers and sellers to various aspects of Real Estate. Having lived in Punta Gorda for over thirty eight years, John has built a deep understanding of the local market and forged valuable contacts, which have contributed to his continued success in the real estate field. 

Originally from Minnesota, FroAn made the move to Punta Gorda in 2005 after spending many years building a successful career in the upper Midwest. Throughout her career, she gained extensive experience in corporate retail, excelling both as a Buyer and a Sales Representative. Her deep understanding of sales, market trends, and customer needs allowed her to build strong relationships and drive results in competitive environments.

Upon joining her new role in Punta Gorda, FroAn’s expertise immediately became apparent. Her ability to navigate complex negotiations, identify opportunities, and create lasting partnerships quickly made her an invaluable asset.
